| National DCP Portal Goes Live |

We are pleased to announce the successful implementation of our S2K Enterprise Portal at the National DCP. The National DCP services over 6,000 Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins outlets worldwide, via four regional distribution centers throughout the United States. S2K Enterprise Portal provides the National DCP with reliable Web-based access to data from three of their four strategically located distribution centers—the Mid Atlantic DCP, Southeast DCP, and Northeast DCP—, which service the product needs of both Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins stores located in these regions. S2K Enterprise Portal, an e-Commerce solution based on IBM’s WebSphere Portal server, supplies employees and customers with the information needed for informed decision-making. With annual revenues in excess of $1 billion and a staff of over 1,100 employees, the company needed a solution that provided intuitive templates for users to place orders over the Web without a great deal of training. Additionally, the suggested order application now provides customers with order histories based on a four-week average—simplifying inventory management at the store level. S2K has given the National DCP a platform to unify business processes nationwide and improve customer service, overall. |
